RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return/exchange. We will accept returns for refund or exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase. We do not accept returned product that has been soiled or torn. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All sales are final on any merchandise that is discounted or on sale. Please measure your dog carefully.
EXCHANGE
Products may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging. Merchandise that is soiled or that has dog hair on it will not be accepted. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and standard shipping charges will apply on all replacement merchandise.
